EM Real Estate Consulting is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting company serving a wide range of international clientele. With over 10 years in the real estate appraisal industry, we are experts in the valuation of both industrial, residential and commercial properties.

We analyze each property with precision and attention to detail, following local and national market trends. Our main goal is to produce the most credible, accurate and custom tailored appraisals that would best serve our clients’ intended use and purpose. We partner with international affiliates to monitor local market trends and laws, as well as national economic markets for the ultimate analysis of each property type. Our appraisals conform to the strict valuation and appraisal guidelines, mandated by the Uniform Standard of Appraisal Practices (USPAP).

We service a variety of clientele including: mortgage brokers, lenders, AMC’s, accountants, attorneys, investors, developers, buyers, sellers, property managers, real estate agents/brokers, private institutions, non-profit organizations and state/federal agencies/courts. Our primary market is in Israel with additional expertise and specializations within the various European markets. 

Our knowledge in appraisal, market analysis, valuation and consulting enables us to identify methods appropriate to address our clients’ individual needs. We then professionally apply those methodologies to form well-supported opinions and conclusions.

We have a diverse clientele base. While the majority of our assignments are finance related (purchase, refinances and foreclosure), we also complete assignments for divorce proceedings and other matters involving the potential for litigation. Several of our appraisers have qualified in court as expert witnesses.
